Nakuru city Marathon

The Stanbic Nakuru City Marathon, 2nd edition, was successfully held in Nakuru City on 27th October 2022. The marathon attracted over 2000 participants from different counties. Mediheal Hospital Nakuru came through as the official medical service provider for the marathon. Mediheal Hospital sponsored the event with ambulances and paramedics to take care of any injured athletes during the race which ranged from 21km, 10km to 5km.
The occasion was graced by the Nakuru County Governor, H.E Hon. Susan Kihika alongside Athletics Kenya Chair Lt. Gen. (Rtd) Jackson Tuwei. Speaking during the event, Vice President Mediheal Group of Hospitals Nakuru, Mr. Santosh Devaraj, promised that Mediheal Hospital will continue to support and partner in sponsorship of the Nakuru City marathon and related sports activities across the region and beyond.
