Our CSR Activities
The patient-centric objective of the entire medical fraternity at Mediheal is to provide the highest quality of healthcare at the most affordable prices imbibing innovative technology. This has prompted our participation in numerous charitable endeavours to assist the less fortunate members of society. Such deliberate efforts have earned us immense respect from our trustworthy client base drawn from as far as Southern Sudan, Eastern Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi.
Some of our endeavours:
- Educational Sponsorships of higher education in Kenya and Overseas for underprivileged children – We believe in the words of revolutionary politician Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” By sponsoring the educational needs of underprivileged children, we are ensuring children have access to knowledge and skillsets which help them improve the lives of their families and communities.
- Women Empowerment Programs by providing cattle to enhance the livelihood – Women form the backbone of a family and community. Empowering them with livelihoods means their families can live with dignity and have access to basic necessities of life.
- Free medical/educational camps in remote areas to provide primary healthcare services (mobile clinics) – Understanding the lack of basic healthcare and basic information in many parts of the region, we have set up mobile clinics. Each one of our mobile clinics works in remote areas sets up medical and educational camps to provide free primary healthcare services.
