Dr. Shailendra Singh Naik is an Interventional Radiologist at Mediheal Group of Hospitals, Nairobi. With over 8 years of relevant working experience, he has gained immense skills in conducting Oncology procedures such as Transarterial embolization (TACE, TARE), and Percutaneous ablations for tumors. USG
and CT guided Biopsy and FNACs, Percutaneous Biliary Drainages, Drainage procedures-pleural/ascitic, Central Line placement, and PICC line placement. He is also skilled in carrying out Urology procedures including Renal Pseudo-aneurysm Coiling, Central Venous stenosis-Balloon venoplasty and stenting, pre-operative embolization of RCC, Embolization of renal Angiomyolipoma (AML), Renal biopsy, Transrectal prostate core biopsy, and Percutaneous nephrostomy. He also can effectively conduct gastroenterology/hepatology, Pulmonary, OB/GYN, Neuro and Head, and Neck IR, and Pain Management procedures.
