He undertook various fellowship programs to develop his skills in arthroscopy and reconstructive arthroplasty surgeries. He did a Paediatric Orthopaedics Fellowship at Sancheti Hospital. He acquired skills in Arthroplasty and Reconstructive Orthopaedics surgeries at Marien Hospital, Erwitte, Germany. He also did a clinical fellowship in Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital and Research Center, Pune India in 2014. To further develop his skills in shoulder and elbow surgeries he undertook a clinical fellowship program for Advanced Shoulder and Elbow Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty surgeries at D. Cervesi Hospital, Cattolica, Italy in 2017. He has presented numerous posters and papers in various national forums with a keen interest in research activities.

• Currently attached as a Orthopaedic Panel Consultant in various prominent hospitals of Pune.
• Attached as a Faculty in department of Orthopaedics at Bharati Hospital, Pune from December 2017.
• Attached as a Visiting Consultant for specialized surgeries in department of Orthopaedics at Hanumant Hospital, Mahuva, Gujarat.
• Worked as Full time Consultant in Orthopaedic department from July 2014 till November 2017 at Hanumant Hospital, Mahuva, Gujarat.
• Did Shoulder and Elbow arthroscopy and arthroplasty fellowship for 2 months in January 2017 under guidance of Dr. Giuseppe Porcellini at D. Cervesi Hospital, Cattolica, Italy.
• Did Shoulder and Knee arthroscopic and arthroplasty fellowship for 3 months in April 2014 under guidance of Dr. Shirish Pathak at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune.
